I booked this property and expensive pricing, assuming it would offer a safe and comfortable stay. What I experienced was completely unacceptable. The room was infested with lizards and cockroaches, and when I asked to be shifted to another room, the staff refused outright. Their behavior was rude and indifferent, and I was told no food would be served after 8 PM. This is not a hotel, it’s a disaster. Shockingly, there were only two staff members managing the entire property at night, leaving guests completely unsupported and vulnerable—especially in a remote area. To make matters worse, when I contacted MakeMyTrip for help, they were unable to reach the property manager themselves and offered no resolution or support. After repeated follow-ups, I still received no proper response. This property is grossly misrepresented and should not be listed on a platform like MakeMyTrip. I strongly warn others against booking this place, and I urge MakeMyTrip to take accountability for the safety and experience of their users. This stay was a waste of money, time, and peace of mind.

Property - property is very well maintained. Vibe is peaceful. Lush green grass, open areas and natural life. Staff - staff is polite, very well behaved and extremely compassionate. Excellent hospitality by mr arjun meena and ashok ji steward. Food - food is to die for. By far the best food we have eaten in a tent based resort. Being a rajasthani myself, this food is so close to home, all thanks to the chef hansraj. Location - only 400 mtrs from main road and provides and escape from the city hustle.

They tried their best to assist us in our safari as well. The cottage room with plunge pool was amazing with a private sit out. The entire staff was amazing and i would definitely recommend that people stay in this resort for a nice quaint experience away from the city chaos.

The property is very different from all the resorts i have ever been to. Amazing experience, good hospitality and amazing food. Mr ashok made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The property and the rooms were not clean. We had to get the toilet cleaned after we checked in. The manager of the property could have been more friendly. The cab driver who was sent to pick us up from the airport was a very rash driver. Even after telling him multiple times to drive carefully, he just ignored us. We were very scared sitting inside. But the food was great, the kitchen manager was also very friendly and warm.

It was okay-ish. The property was really pretty. Good aesthetic had a lot of potential but was maintained that well. No pruning of bushes was done. Pools in room were empty. Even after asking to fill it they didn’t fill it up. Also its not easily accessible. Another thing is lot of options on menu were not available. They had an excuse for every dish why its not available. Also it took literally 2-3hrs for them to get our ordered food. We ordered our food at 2 in noon got it at 4. 30 in eve imagine. The non veg was yum but veg not so much. In all it was not worth the money they charged for rooms. Had an okay-ish experience.
