I booked this property and expensive pricing, assuming it would offer a safe and comfortable stay. What I experienced was completely unacceptable.
The room was infested with lizards and cockroaches, and when I asked to be shifted to another room, the staff refused outright. Their behavior was rude and indifferent, and I was told no food would be served after 8 PM. This is not a hotel, it’s a disaster.
Shockingly, there were only two staff members managing the entire property at night, leaving guests completely unsupported and vulnerable—especially in a remote area.
To make matters worse, when I contacted MakeMyTrip for help, they were unable to reach the property manager themselves and offered no resolution or support. After repeated follow-ups, I still received no proper response.
This property is grossly misrepresented and should not be listed on a platform like MakeMyTrip. I strongly warn others against booking this place, and I urge MakeMyTrip to take accountability for the safety and experience of their users. This stay was a waste of money, time, and peace of mind.
