Property was nice and stay was excellent . Amenities were adequate and clean. Location is near to AIIMS and this is the only option around the vicinity. Definitely recommended

Pleasant Ambience and Great Hospitality

The hotel is far away from the main city but the ambience is really nice, that doesn't allow you to feel regret to choose your stay here. The food is delicious and the behaviour of the staff is humble and gentle.

**My Stay at The Royal Bihar – Review** I had a pleasant stay at *The Royal Bihar* and would rate it **4 out of 5**. The hotel is conveniently located approximately **750–800 meters from the AIIMS Patna gate**, making it easily accessible. The **room size was average**, but the **bed was comfortable**, and the **tablet chair and cutlery were of good quality**. I faced some difficulty operating the **television**, and the **room service was slightly slow**, possibly due to high occupancy — there were around **50–100 interns** staying at the time of my arrival, which made the property feel quite **crowded**. The **dining hall and restaurant** were well-maintained, and the **food was good**, especially the **buffet breakfast**. However, the **air conditioning in the corridor was not functioning**, which was a bit uncomfortable. The **reception staff was courteous**, with a special mention for **Salma**, who was particularly helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a **good experience**, though there is definitely **room for improvement** in service efficiency and facility maintenance.

We requested to change the booking from 22nd March to 23rd March. which was promised it's done, we got your confirmation mail too. but later when checked with Hotel, they denied about the same. Make My Trip staff promised to give the refund. Kindly do the needful for the same. Since we have faced many other issues by your negligence.

soloLocation of Property awful. Food average, same breakfast served for 2 consecutive days. Staff cordial. No particular amenities. Massage services available but not offered in rooms so did not try. Hotel management need to work on food in particular and other amenities in general.

Lifts are not working. There was no hot water for 1 hr when i contacted housekeeping didn’t answer and when they answer they offered me a bucket of water from the kitchen.

The hotel is located on a main road in patna, near aiims. The rooms & washrooms are tidy, the staff are well behaved & cooperative. They attend your issues on priority and makes you to feel special. The food quality & serving portion was good, having a reasonable price.
