Great location great staff friendly & eager to serve , food pretty good as well . Old hotel , now needs a bit of a revamp . Some areas lovely some could be better . Carpets in the corridors a little threadbare , mirrors a little yellowed. Bathroom fixtures quite clean and functional , could do with a rebuild.

One of the established hotels with long legacy. Absolutely clean and tidy. Centralized location in Patna. Good food.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The derive is excellent. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city with nice proximity to all amenities

The lobby, porch and reception area is just okay. Doesn't give a 5-star feel. The decor is again not very contemporary. What stands out is the service, which is prompt and courteous. The room size is just about adequate. Lifts are again, are little dated and cramped. Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Room space is too small as seen on pictures and food is not buffet its alakate and some fruits are not avalable.

when I check in ,I received a key with that room where already guests was checked in..This was so terrible for me

We had 2 nights stay - 3 persons in a single room with extra bed. Prompt service and delicious breakfast.

My stay was average . This was my business trip. Room was small in size with all basic amenities which other 3 star hotels also provide. Checkout was too slow I had to wait 30 mins for luggage as only one service boy was there. No staff could be be seen at lobby . Food is good and above average but ambience need a lot of improvement.

MMT & Hotel jointly stealing customers money. Take money for higher grade & allot room for Lower grade. No proper Dinner arrangements. Customers need to be for Dinner after paying per night
