good location, 2 km away from Airport. check in process was fast and smooth. Trained staff at reception, restaurant, lobby etc. The property is old but spacious rooms and best service of staff. Food spread at the restaurant was good but a little bit to improve the taste of food. south indian varieties are not up to my expectation. Food was costly also as compared with other similar hotels.

The AC was so loud at low setting. I called the Serivce engineer at 12:30 in the night. He said it’s like this for few of the rooms as some of the rooms have higher tones of AC, which isn’t a technical reason. But I didn’t want to waste any of my time in shifting or arguing so I just accepted the noise and slept off.

Despite they claim that they’re 5 star facility but service is really poor. They do not have basic etiquettes. I’ve booked a city view room and I’ve been given a very shady room, moreover it was smelly. I have requested them to change but they did nothing to my request. I am a business traveller and I’ve seen such terrible service first time. Overall, it was a bad experience for me.

We visited the property for one night . The location is good. Staff is very courteous. The check in was also fast and the room was huge. The breakfast was ordinary nothing noteworthy. I paid more than six thousand rupees for the stay which looked very high looking at the amenities.

The hotel room bead was not comfortable, the washroom is also average. They only give 1 ltr water bottle for one night stay. Extra water is chargeable. Food is also average.
