Review Of The Rainbow Inn and Cafe

Difficult to locate the property. It's not a hotel, can be called a guest house. Booked room was not provided. Even a bottle of water was not provided. Tea bag etc were not provided. Intercom in the room was out of order and Geeta mam gave her personal number to call for, which one can't use at odd hours. It's absolutely not worth for the tarrif charged. No parking is available. Panjtara cafe of the hotel is only for Hukka lovers. Will not recommend to any body. Room are old ,Even plug for the cattle is not at right place, It's above the head side of the bed. Terrible stay.

Location in very narrow lane. No parking. Got stuck up in lane. Alloted room was not as per booking. Even basic tea material, water bottle was not provided. Intercom was out of order. Madam at reception gave her personal no for calling, which is not feasible in odd hours. At check out no body was at desk, i had to call. She was sleeping but she picked up phone. I felt very bad. Then a person came at the desk and helped me in taking out my car. The panjtara cafe attached with the property is for hookah lovers only. The electric point in the room was above the bed. It was difficult to plug the electric kettle which we used with our tea material. Totally not worth for the tarrif they are charging and manipulated reviews

The location is good everything is nearby but the amenities provided are okayish not worth the 1. 6k price tag and there’s no charging socket nearby the bed which is a major no no. Nope

Stay is costly 3k but not that worth. Food is also costly should also improve room services. Since it's attached with bar and restaurant more sound

The hotel is good rooms are clean food is good but except for 2 people the staff is extremely ill mannered. Maybe because they haven’t had in formal training or if such sort of behaviour is encouraged as they become extremely hostile if you don’t agree with what they’re saying and who wants to create a scene with locals when you’re on vacation so taking advantage of that they think it’s alright to be rude. And this is not the first time. Every-time i’ve stayed with them i’ve faced the same issue. Mr naveen was extremely helpful from the very beginning till the end of our trip. And one staff was also extremely nice and helpful but rest of the staff they have at the reception is just rude.

In one word, this place is awesome, with vibes that are out of this world. Their night party in Kasol was unforgettable. The hotel is centrally located, just 4 km from Manikaran Sahib. The room was very good, though the TV wasn't recharged, so I couldn’t watch it. It had a nice mountain view from the balcony and an extra-large, clean bathroom, which was a definite plus.

The stay was quite good and the lady at the reception was so nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent stay and warm hospitality. The staff accommodated us to our requirements. Panjtara club is in the same vicinity and it's a very lovely place.

We had decent stay at rainbow inn rooms were clean, staff was helpful location wise is situated near volvo bus stand, chahal valley and eco park with lot of eateries at walking distance

Great stay! We stayed in deluxe suite..they have AC heater,which was a saviour in such cold weather..also gave me a hair dryer to use..We did early chekin and also late checkout, they didn’t ask any extra money .. so polite staff . Amazing food and ambiance. They have Live music almost every night. Located just in the main Kasol market area.not to miss they have nice open and secure parking space.

It was a nice experience during my kasol visit. Neat and clean rooms, good food and polite staff. It is in the heart of the kasol and 10 meters walking from the main road.

The room and the washroom was very clean. They have backup for power failures. The food was also top notch.

Hotel is located in heart of kasol. Food is awesome but quite expensive. Generally kasol is not recommended for family vacation as town is bustling with hippies.

It was an amazing stay to kasol at hotel rainbow inn. Special food quality was awesome. If i get a chance to went there again i will definitely stay there. Beautiful place, but the food and other facilities are too expensive! but the staff were friendly and helpful and the vibe around the place was just right! even though expensive, food is very very good quality and taste wise. Added images

The stay in hotel was awesome & comfortable. Staff was very cordial and polite. The location of this hotel near parvati river makes it a perfect location to stay. The restaurant panjtara is a perfect location for celebrations. Manikaran gurudwara is just 2 -3 km from this hotel. The location is a bit tricky, so before teaching the kasol, talk with hotel staff to guide you reach the hotel.

The room crew said either you cancel your booking, you will get a refund or you stay in the room we are giving, we will not be able to give you the room you have booked.

Rooms are clean but front end service isn’t that helpful. Hotel is centrally located. Not worth the charge on weekends because of poor reception
