It’s a very nice and cosy place relatively small in size but’s very well managed. Camps are well maintained and foods are very tasty.

Thank you for the review! We never claim that our property is riverside, it’s not mentioned in property listing as well. We do not provide TV, AC, and refrigerator and the same is mentioned in property description. We agree that during day time the tents do become warm that too only in June/July but evenings are always pleasant and blanket is required throughout the year. A pedestal fan is provided in the tent.

Excellent Stay
The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Stay at cloud 9 camp
couplePlace was good, but can’t prefer to go with kids. Food is ok ok type. Staff was nice and polite. Washroom was little slippery. Tents are good. River bank is almost 300 meter near this place. Bonfire is also ok.

Location & service was super
The location of the property was superbb😍 and the service from staff member was also very good and promt, but the only problem was the size of camp, it was very small for two people.

Wonderful campsite
The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Staff is very helpful and food is tasty. Parvati river is at walking distance and evenings were surprisingly wonderful.

Location is not that for a small price it's fine but paying much for this just seems like a scam both from the hotel and mmt.
Very small area no heater provided nothing so special for paying a huge sum of 15k for 2 nights. It's a scam from make my trip try to lure you and pay so much for a place which you can get for 1000 night or better.

Thank you for your review. First and foremost you had booked our property for christmas eve and christmas (2 days) which is a peak winter season. Our rates were at par with best in the business in kasol. Regarding your price tag, please do suggest a property on those dates that will be available at the price mentioned by yourself with modern amenities like geyser in attached washroom. Secondly, every information is available on mm t before booking like heater available on nominal charges. Also, we expect our guest to follow guidelines of not smoking in the room which you clearly violated but still we did not complain or levied fine. The room was stinking so badly that on next day we had to keep it vacant. We strive to give our best and expect a reciprocation from our guest as well.
Excellent Stay
The place was amazing. Kaosl was pretty cold that day. But we had a bon fire and the meal was hot served. Stuff was pretty humble and well behaved.

Great experience
The property looks exactly like shown in pictures. Food was amazing, affordable and tasty. Campsite was very clean. The whole place had great vibe. Caretaker and host both were humble and soft spoken. Mostly family and couples were there. Safe surrounding too. Can’t get any other better stay than camp could 9 miles.

Disappointed with hygiene of bed linens, towels, food
The bed sheets and blankets were stinky and the pictures were no where close to original property in terms of cleanliness. The camp looks shabby, the carpet was also stinky. Towels were not provided and upon asking, the towels were so old with threads coming out and with yellow spots on them. Food was pretty average and in one camp (irrespective of no. Of people, you can only order 2 items even in free breakfast. That's not how it works for free breakfasts. Overall, this is a camp with amenities no match for the hefty price of per day.

We do not provide blanket but we give fiber quilt with fresh cover. We change linen & quilt cover on a daily basis and every room is vacuum cleaned daily and you are the first guest who has found our campsite shabby even after running at 100 percent occupancy for entire month. In case you have found any issues as highlighted in your review the same should have been immediately pointed to our staff at the time of check in. We have checked it with our staff and nothing that sort was communicated. We would have been happy to address it or process refund of your booking amount. One towel is always kept in the room and second is provided post check in. We are just 1. 5 hours old and our linen and towels were of same age only. It’s a campsite and we give 4-5 options to choose from for breakfast and we never limit it to one meal/item per person. Kasol offers properties from inr 500 to inr per night. I don’t how inr is hefty considering prime season, wherein we are positioned reasonably well in terms of premium camping experience and filtered gentry of clientele. For a reasonably good deal we request you to visit us in august the peak off season period.
