My stay at Hosteller (old kasol) was incredible, but I have to give a special shout-out to Maddy who runs the cafe. That space is the social hub of the entire hostel. He has created such a warm, welcoming environment with great music and even better food. It was the perfect place to start the day and connect with other travelers. Chef Rohit and Cafe staff Nayan are very humble guys. Always serve best. The first person I met at Hosteller was Amit , the front desk Staff, is phenomenal.From the moment I walked in, tired after a long journey, he made me feel right at home. Super organized, incredibly helpful. A great manager here can solve any problem and make guests feel secure and welcome. Staff like Maddy and Amit are what make a good hostel a truly great one.
