Very nice staff & very caring

Worst experience ever. No in-campus parking available. Terrible services. In the chilling cold of january, we asked for a quilt, they kept denying that they dont have extra quilt. Better to go for any other option

Best hotel the hotel has a nice location in market. U can have a access to nature park and many cafe's nearby just by walking. The service was awesome and person was very polite.

I love the room and location and view from the window is awesome but you have to work on electricity failure system and improvement in management they clear cut say no to some things like extra towel 🤨and didn’t provide sampoo , i booked this place bcoz of devlok franchise i stayed in manali it was very nice in all conditions👍🏻

The location of this hotel is really ideal as its situated right in the kasol local market area. We checked-in late to the hotel hassle free. The hotel staff at devlok international were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and their room service was quick. We got a room with a majestic view from the balcony. The food prepared by them was undoubtedly tasty. On my father's request they had arranged a room heater for us as well. Overall we had a great time there. Looking forward to visit again )

Mr la-la thakur a very warm and welcoming memeber of the staff made our stay memorable and exciting. The property offers breathtaking views of the valley and sargi top right from the comfort of your room. Conviniently located in the heart of kasol, easily access-able by road yet offers the peace and tranquility that travellers look for. One should surely stay at this property if visiting kasol

There were 3 spiders in room right at the bed wall.

Very welcoming staff with good hospitality. Satisfactory standards were maintained with attention to detail in hygiene.

Room was not clean no sanitizer in the hotel water supply colour yellow blanket smells

Tv not working, no cooks were available so had to go out for dinner

Hotel was not similar as online images. Room was not up to mark. Location was poor and no parking facility was available.

We traveled as a family. We were 3 ladies. Safety and security was there. We didn't face any issue regarding safety. Location was good, near bus stand. Our room was at rooftop. Room had glass window, so wind was coming. They charged extra for heater. Some amenities provided later but the staff was good. We didn't have food there. Facilities not upto the mark. Not provided the mentioned facilities so it was a poor stay.

The Hotel was quite nice and everything was quite good here. The room was the part where they lacked. The room was quite dirty and lacked hygiene. The cleanliness could have been better.

We traveled as group. Location was good. Room was poor. Facilities were not up to the m, ark. Geyser was leaking and tap was also leaking for the entire time. On demand they provided a substandard room heater at a very high price. Room was not neat and clean. I will never stay at this Hotel again.

The locality and location of the Hotel was fine, reachable. The food was good. I didn't found Hotel as value for money at all. All the facilities mentioned online were not provided to us. It was very cold there but the basic things- geyser and room heater was not provided (geyser was there but not working). A terrible experience.

Staff was good but rooms are not up to the mark. Dirty bedsheets, pillow covers, bad toilets, small rooms, to. V was not working, electricity issues, poor experience all over

Stayed from 21st December 2018 to 23rd December 2019. The location is good, didn't try the food so cannot comment on that but the services offered were below par. No water bottles in the room, no glasses, no heater(in a chilling weather of 0 degrees), no TV, no refrigerator, no toiletries (apart from a soap), no toilet roll. All the above were mentioned as a part of the amenities that the hotel room has on MMT website. After raising this concern with MMT team only then the hotelier agreed to provide the heaters for the next night after saying that they do not have heater service as the rooms are made out of wood.
