Amazing experience at Hotel Purnima Rooms were spotless, staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious. Great location close to main attraction parvati valley Riverside. Would happily stay again!

This was my wrost experience ever as their was no food service no electricity and their staff service was too bad not answered calls and facilities which are mentioned by this property they don't provide any one facility of them

It was a horrible experience at the hotel. There was no electricity and the hotel staff was also not cooperative. Overall my experience was bad and I won't recommend anyone to go and stay there.

Room cleanliness was horrible. Room do not have door mat and paint from walls is falling, 🐝 bees were in the room and it’s was very uncomfortable stay. It seems hotelier has purchased review from somewhere. Overall pathetic hotel

The property was difficult to locate in first place . The rooms were full of flies and had a strange smell also becos there was no ventilation in washrooms or in the room . No AC no fans and knly one t- light. Staffwas courteous . And the restaurant was also not functional plus the cafe 4.20 adjacent to this property was making noise until 3 am Never ever going to book thru mmt

Decent stay no outdoor sitting is available which actual looking for No AC in June weather is very hot in day

We had a very short stay at this place. But i can say it was a very pleasant and comfortable one. The rooms were good and staff courteous. Staff from the reception was very kind and hospitable. Totally recommend this place.

The view from this hotel is just gorgeous! the staff is also very good. Rooms are well maintained & clean. Food is soo good and priced perfectly. I loved my stay here. Staff at the reception is very helpful. The cook at the restaurant cooks delicious food. I highly recommend this place. I wish to come back here again!

Me and my partner both had such a lovely time here. The views were incredible. There was a very decently priced menu food was freshly cooked and really good! service was great and the staff were super welcoming and took care of us. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in kasol)

What warm people of this hotel! Rooms are simple, clean and good. Food is genuinely very nice - paneer paratha and their mix veg with roti, lovely! And ofc beautiful views🥹 loved being here

A really great experience, the rooms were very clean and the staff were really helpful. The volunteers helped us with places and treks around the city too! the location of the hotel is great with a constant view of snow capped mountains. The connectivity to the main market is also good.

The rooms were clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully maintained with all the essentials. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail here. But what really stood out was the staff, genuinely warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and effortless. They were super attentive without being intrusive, and always made sure we were well taken care of. It felt like they truly cared about making our stay memorable.

The view from the property is mesmerizing (if the room is on the 3rd floor). The staffs of this property were co-operative and they are well trained. They charge extra for hot water if demanded. The room's are very cozy.

The room is clean, however small in size. There is a common balcony forball the room in the same floor and hence, there is no use of the balcony.

I was given a room with hotels kitchen sounds were constantly made by the worker I was unable to sleep whole night tv was not working no wifi no soaps were given or even a kettle

Value for money. Good connectivity, nice service, nearby to river. Highly recommended. Market is close to the hotel.
