Hotel Turquoise - A Truly River Side Hotel & Cafe

one of the best property close to river with very well maintained rooms and restaurant. A melodious river sound from the room, makes your stay more comfortable. Room have balcony and have a view of river next to ur balcony. highly recommended and food is one of the best part during the stay

1. Terrible Experience, We were staying in a Deluxe Room. First they claim that their Hotel is Riverside then they do not permit us to sit on Riverside as they have a Bar there and only who orders from their Bar can only sit there.. 2. Also, as we are staying in the month of June, Kasol has very much warm. And there comes the experience we did not expect. The Hotel electricity goes at around 4:00 am (no fan working) and after so much efforts of calling no response coming. 3. The Hotel staff also at the reception had gone and there was none to whosoever we complained. The Intercom facility is also not there. 4. We are 2 couples with 1 child each staying there, our child didnt sleep the whole night so we are, made the experience worst. 5. The experience of without electricity had made the worst experience of our life in a Hotel. 6. In morning at the time of checkout a teenage boy comes, after complaining he dialed his owner about our experience, the owner comes with a pathetic response that You book the Hotel from MMT then go there and complain, We dont care.

The hotel stay was so great , big size of rooms with nice view balcony. Common area provided nice and use space with excellent view.

well maintained property in the main market of kasol. highly recommended if you are staying in the cafe they also have a cafe which serves good food

all are good but not recommended for the family. good for friends and couples. rooms are clean, maintained. Swift check in. but location is not good for a big car.

Located in the main market, 300 metres from the bus stand and 3 kms from manikaran gurudwara, the room was too small but the good part was that it had an attached balcony. Lots of local cafes and restaurants nearby

Location - located in the busy area of the market that have its own pros and cons. You have to cross whole traffic to reach and exit from here. Once arrived everything is at your doorstep. No attached parking space available though. Food - they have their own attached riverside cafe. You can enjoy the flowing river while having food. Food was great. Though they do not open until 09 am which is a bit late for breakfast. Hotel staff- they dis helped us carry our luggage upto our room and we didn’t face any sort of misbehaviours. Rooms & amenities - room was as described with required amenities. Clean room with clean linen. Though they should have given option for us to upgrade if better rooms in lower floors were available. Verdict- we were looking stay within our budget and that’s what we got.

Parking is at 5 mins walk like most of the other guest houses in the area.

Stay was excellent, really awesome. Everything was great, no issue faced and best part was food, such a nice service and also value for money. I would like to give 4 out 5.

The stay was an average as the location displayed in the website was not right. And even though he hotel name was not displayed in the voucher. So it was very difficult to fine the hotel. The plus point which I like in the hotel is the staff and the owner are very helpful and cooperative.
