The property view is good. But maintenance of the mats in room,pool and most importantly food was not at all to the level of 4 star. Sometimes only view cannot make you satisfy for the money spent.

It’s good but the manger is rude I didn’t like the staff too they are very rude in Shingar hotel manger is very rude to all not only me

Bed sheets as dirty as it can be, blankets unwearable, bed size promised king size but got smaller, no kits nothing as mentioned, room size given lower than promised and even charged more than MRPs for water bottles

Hotel location and ambience is good but it's terrible on service part. Worst kind of service ever experienced

The staff is extremely helpful, soft spoken and cooperative. The rooms are clean and well sanitized

Rooms are very well maintained and furnished, the services provided were excellent. It was a very pleasant stay. The location is prime if you wanna walk to the town, there is parking in the compound and basement (valet service is something they should consider for the basement, we were stuck in parking for 45mins because someone blocked us in) the food was really good nothing to complain about there, they have ac in room that you can adjust to work as heating, water is heated washrooms were clean they provided free extra blankets. The one problem i found was with the timings of check in and check out. You can only check in by 2pm and you have to check out before 10. 30am or they’ll charge you. The earliest i’ve personally checked out is at 11. 30. 10am check out is unreasonable. Everything else is great i’d say go for this place if you like early morning treks and will be up at 7 even in the snowy cold weather.

I recently stayed at the Asia Holiday Hotel in Kasol, and from check-in to check-out, the experience was absolutely incredible. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable; they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Neha and the entire team for making our first stay in Kasol so wonderful. The hotel itself was superb—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Kasol!

Hi people were so humble, so polite, the staff is too good. Property is new, and so good. I was so happy with everything.

The stay was average. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Room has kettle for hot water but no coffee, tea bags in rooms.

This property is newly built and well maintained. The rooms are very clean and comfortable All staff are very coperative and helpful . we loved the stay. we enjoyed the swimming pool . really enjoyed 😉 lovely stay

Such humble staff, accessible location, river and market at walkable distance. Rooms are cozy and food was delicious. They advised us about sightseeing, places to explore around.

Our stay was great. Beautiful hotel, super luxurious rooms, the rooms were well prepared lovely and clean and with an exceptional view. Excellent breakfast and nice staff.
