smelly rooms...bed sheets not clean...celling fans not available...picture me jaisa dikhaya ..uske bilkul oppsite thaa..not recommended

The location was good, in terms of vicinity to local market and Manikaran Gurudwara Sahib. The food quality was average and not really value for money, however, the tea was just what we needed. Perfect! The view from hotel room was good. Other services were okay.

very poor experience n am checkout 7th July 24 my booking up to 8th July so I Chek out before one day because very horrible position with me 😢

The hotel looks good from the outside, although the view from our balcony was quite underwhelming. There was a building construction going on right outside which blocked the view. There were no chairs to sit in the balcony. The rooms were clean and the geyser was working. The wifi was working but it disconnected very frequently. It's located around 4 kms from main kasol, so it hard to commute from it, and we had to take a bus. Overall it was average experience at best

Property location is excellent but others are extremely terrible. Photos provided are editted. It is not as much clean as it is really is. Looks like an hotel from 70 s which is not clean. it was mentioned room service isnprovided but it is not. On daily basis, room is getting cleaned. Blanked pillow are not clean. Room does had balcony but if one person goes to balcony then 2nd person will not get space to stand there. Food wuality just a waste. We had a package of b fast and dinner, but it taste like really bad. Do not peovide food inside room and they calls to dinning area to have food. If asked, what is there in the menu for dinner, getting response like once you come to dinning area, you will come to know the menu. Extremely terrible, just a waste of money. In response we got a sorry from the hotel staff and also mentioned that nothing can be done in response. Serili, waste of money. My money is paid completely for 4 days which is non refundable, but we left the place on 2nd day itself. We next stayed in sony cottage which is extremely good in service, food quality, staff behaviour, extremly spacious room with low rate. Do not stay in hotel anupam, never.

We found secure parking for our car. So, location is nice service and room is okay. Overall good experience

Dur to floods and nobody is giving us refund we have trues to contact the hotel and make my trip also but nobody is giving any response

I had stayed for one day, all the items over charges of all the food. 80- per glass of milk with 200ml. So it means 500- per ltrs cost

This was our first trip to kasol. The hotel is at so-ma roopa kasol, 3kms from main city. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful forest, and river parvati flowing behind. As we reached the hotel, mr. Aryan welcomed us and showed us our rooms, and shared the instructions of the hotel- after 11pm no one allowed outside. The rooms are very average, flies, black insects flying around due to construction going on behind. Food served were good, and mostly the behaviour of the staffs & their service made our stay good.

Hotel is good and at good location. We enjoyed our stay as the room was good as well. Staffs are well behaved and given good stay and food to the driver, which was the best. 5. Geplang home stay at sissu is a good option to stay in sissu. Nice and well behaved staffs. You can have nice view from the hotel. Over all, it was a nice stay at gelpang.

View from the window amazing. Snow covered mountains and the greenery around was calming. Food was good and wholesome and the service provided by sonu bhaiya was excellent.

Owner should think about the refurbishing of rooms. We opted for deluxe room and the room was very small which is ok for deluxe room but when you enter the room you feel like you are in some dharamshala. There was only 1 small bulb in the room which was giving you more headache than light. I asked to change with any other room but the reception guy said they are fully booked. They do not have buffet when you book with breakfast room. They will tell you to choose 2 out of 4 items you can get for breakfast. Although people are helpful but still not worthy in the price. It is some less than 1000 types hotel.

We had a family trip to manali and kasol. We booked a hotel in kasol but as we reached we found out that there was an event there and it was not suitable for kids as there were loud music and other stuff not appropriate for family and kids. So we booked hotel anupam there itself. Here are few things about our stay there. This property is on the road so you can park your car right in front of the property. They have decent rooms as per the their charges though i found a room for improvement in bathrooms. We had dinner there and it was delicious. They were helpful with all our demands.

Kasol was a last moment trip and we were lucky enough to find a room with anupam! they made sure we had everything we needed, from food to cleanliness our hosts did not slack at all. The property is located just enough away from all the bustle and yet doesn’t seem too far away from anywhere! my wife loved it too, very rarely a property is up to her mark but this one has nailed it in all aspects! all in all it’s has now become my go to in kasol!

Food quality so bad , waste of money no proper Mountain View from balcony

Every staff was very good and supportive. Their behaviour was very polite manner. Next about food. It was very good as compared to outside food, tea and coffee. Room was good and clean.

As girls we felt very comfortable. The property is nice and safe for even solo women travellers. Hosts made our stay memorable. Thank you.
