Dear Guest. Water issues are rarely reported but it is possible due to staff oversight that the pumps were not started on time at night. we regret that you did not have an ideal stay and we have made the necessary improvements . thank you for your feedback

We regret you did not have a good experience and you had regretably made us aware of this review even before checkin due to some issue with getting the car to the hotel. We had informed MMT of this in advance। We had received your booking for deluxe room which is the starting category rooms We have listed luxury and superior luxury rooms online For a luxury experience। however we are a 3* property with ongoing upgrades of lift and outdoor areas and we wish to have a more luxurious setup in 3-4 months. The road to the hotel is a village road of 3mtr width and a tempo traveller also reaches the property। We do assist with our driver whenever possible
