Excellent Stay
Stayed at The Royal Orchard Kasol for a few days. The stay was excellent in all aspects, be it the location which was at a near vicinity to the main market. The property was aesthetically decorated which appealed to our taste. The food was equally good. The service was prompt. Would definitely like to visit again.

I have ordered food around 10.30 as per their request They didn't deliver it to me I kept calling them for food No response Next day they just said sorry Without any shame We can say sorry only now what can we do This is there answer

To clarify, when you placed your order, our team informed you that our kitchen closes at 10:30 PM. The order was then prepared for the requested delivery time of 11:30 PM. Our staff made multiple attempts to deliver your meal at 11:30 PM, but unfortunately, you were nowhere to be found, which prevented us from completing the delivery. We understand this was frustrating, and for that, our staff sincerely apologized the next day. They were genuinely upset that they couldn't get the food to you despite it being ready. Excellent Stay
Wonderful experience.....best place to stay in Kasol. Friendly and helpful owners and staff....great ambiance with activities( table tennis, chess, uno, playing cards, musical instruments etc...) for kids and adults. Overall a great place to stay with friends and family.

Good Stay
Location and ambience is very good. They have maintained decent environment at the entrance with games and music. Room was also good. The only thing needs improvement is food quality. Food prices are high and comparatively quality is very very poor.

The food was ok. The wifi connection was really weak and no water was provided.

familyHotel is located in the center of kasol, entry road is narrow but very spacious inside with ample parking. Small balcony adds to the beauty of stay. You can walk to the river behind hotel and also to the main market. Staffs are not prompt and no toiletries in the room. They also did not clean room during 2 night of stay. But overall very spacious and nice property.

Excellent Stay
The rooms are clean and spacious with balcony to saok in the sun on cold days. The staff is polite and co-operative and special thanks to pk for giving good service.

Location is awesome
Hotel location is very central to kasol, no need to hike to reach hotel as is the case with many others. Staff is good. Hotel has a garden and tt area which is really great. Food options are limited in the hotel but that’s not much of an issue as it’s very near to market so other options are very accessible.
