staff and property both are good
Hostellers gives us great stay at their property the staff of hostellers are also good and they proper maintain hygiene and one thing i like most that #getupgo

property is walkable distance from kasol market and close to challal village. room was well maintained and clean and staff were polite and helpful

Average Stay
The food was very nice but we have to climb 3 floors to reach Cafe as there is no lift. The hotel is not having lift or it was not functional all 3 days, hence it became very difficult. Ground floor reception area was not having clean wash room. It was too dirty. There was no intercom in the hotel. People who are not internet savvy, may find it difficult to get services.

Terrible Stay
dorms are very congested and suffocating, they don't even have ceiling fans and 1 table fan inbetween 4 people, food was also not that good

Self service hoste
Self service hostel -No intercom. you cannot call reception for anything. you have to raise and somebody will be sent to ask about your request -No room service. you have to either call the cafe on 4th floor or in next building for food. -Nothing available for breakfast before 10. official timing of cafe is 8am but nobody receives calls at that time. even if you order after 10, you will have to remind them again when food doesn't arrive even after an hour. -AC was not working as it should. every 5 minutes it kept getting off. -Location is 300 meters uphill from main road -Basically no service at all. Not recommended. Better options available in less tariffs and better location. -

Excellent Stay
Hosteller Kasol, Parvati valley is easily accessible by walking and is nearby to the local and interstate bus terminals. Cafe is situated on the top floor and serves delicious food. They also have a beautiful rooftop open hall where you can enjoy with your loved ones or party. The only cons is they dont do inroom dining, rest everything was perfect. My only recommendation is to add more board games to the facility.
