Palm Residency Kasol

The hotel was undoubtedly good, no complaints about the quality or ambiance. However, since I was traveling with my family, including a 3-year-old child, staying in a forest location presented some challenges. We had to walk quite a bit to reach the hotel, and carrying a small child all the way was definitely a task. Also, there was no TV in the room, which I think is something the hotel should consider adding for families traveling with kids. A few small improvements could make the experience much more comfortable for families.

Worst hotel ever for stay in Kasol. The parking is 1.4 kms from hotel. They have mentioned that the parking is at 300m from hotel but in actual it is 1.4 km from parking. You have to walk with your luggage to the hotel. The room was pathetic. Room was stinking like hell. They said the room was closed for months. Don't go on the photos .The food was the worst part of stay. After ordering food, they brought chicken curry and after half n hr, brought chapati when the curry became cold. Worst ever experience of my life. Please don't book this hotel if u want good stay. 0 stars for the stay.
