3 adults...why a room with extra bed had to be fitted in the taps were having scaling what we see in photo and there were stains in hotel bedsheet there was no complimentary breakfast. whereas people were offering for room rent per night white towels were average. average experience...

The room was spacious enough, I opted for a family room which had 1 king bed and 3 single beds and it was very well maintained. The only challenge was parking which was opposite to the hotel however the guys were on their toes to help us park our vehicles. Overall had a great stay.

Came with family for temple visits. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Parking is provided, but a short distance away from the hotel. It would have been better if they had a separate dining hall for hotel guests at the SaiSangeeth restaurant on the ground floor. Other than this small inconvenience everything was good.

The stay is very close to most of the temples and also major saree shops. We had not opted for Food. Stay is clean and neatly maintained. room is good. but pricey as just room is provided - no amenities. it is basic hotel well maintained and in good location. simple set breakfast is given in restaurant below. maintained by separate vendor. property should do something for mosquito menace. so many mosquitoes in common area & whole entering swarm enters with you

Hotel is in a busy area, rooms are brand new but lot of mosquitoes. Unless asked for no help from the management. On.the positive side well located, having g a restaurant. Very tasty food. Car parking facilty is available.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, prompt service, helpful staff. As I'm a north Indian, the only concern was food. Though the restaurant is quite popular one and there's literally waiting line for the table, it didn't satisfy my taste buds.

Don't know where to start from... Starting from parking space .. no dedicated parking. Rooms - Room was neat but that's the only good thing. The room was full of mosquitoes. The staff were least bothered about the discomfort that customers will have. The washbasin had serious plumbing issues and inspite of reminders nobody attended. They don't even provide glass for drinking water unless asked. Food- It's the Sai Sangeeth restaurant. The complementary breakfast is a shame for hospitality business. In the name of complementary they have crossed all limits by giving half cup tea, namesake vada ( mini vada) , 1 idli, dosa is not even mini. It's just bite size. Overall it just spoils the whole spirit of travelling instead of enjoying, we need up tolerating their behaviour since we had already paid full. The only advantage is the location. We went with "existing great reviews" and didn't check beyond it.

stay was comfortable. Hotel was clean and at center of market. Extremely satisfied. Foods served at restaurant were just above average.

The hotel location is on the road, and it's good for shopping because it's near to prakash sarres. staff I'd proactive and ready to help.

The hotel is clean and convenient. the beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. we had an issue with wifi in the 1st room. they immediately changed the room and the staff were very helpful. the only issue we had was with the breakfast. we were 4adults and 1child, and somehow the complimentary breakfast (wch was part of the package and the room was for 5ppl) was not given for the child.. we were very surprised. does a child not have breakfast? this is something that can be looked at. everything else was good.

Except for location and basic amenities, this hotel doesn't justify it's price point. Lots of mosquitos, dirty and stained washroom, stained blankets.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The only challenge was that we had to ask for hand towels, toilet tissues. Other than that staff was good. Food was good too. We will not hesitate to recommend this property for staying in Kanchipuram
