Review Of The Orchid Lonavala

we have been to Orchid hotel lonavala for one day stay.we have booked premier room.It was spacious.only thing which is missing is balcony.They don't have balcony to any room.Food taste was good though there were limited items in the buffet.Nearby city so easy to explore other points in lonavala.Overall it was a good experience.

Nice rooms at good location . Staff is good and soft spoken. Food is also good. Had enjoyable stay and environmental condition made it memorable.

Breakfast was delicious, room was very spacious with perfect city view and the washroom was very hygienic and the orchid is strongly recommended for couples

Stay and Amentities was good... food is alao nice only hospitatality is average... They hand over second room late by half an hour...

Gr8 Location, Helfull staff and fast service, Food Quality & Break fast menu is very good... They are not providing welcome drink as mentioned in MMT

The service was pathetic. There was only one pair of toiletries in the washroom when the booking was for two people. Even after asking for extra ones, they never gave it. All employees are rude and agitated for some reason. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. Also their claims of providing late check-in or early check-in and a complimentary cookie platter is all just a hoax. Would never go back here. Was not expected from a 5 star hotel.

We had booked room with bathtub. All the amenities are maintained without any doubt. The staff is coordial, polite and hospitable. No hiccups in our stay, all good words for the hotel.

We had great time there. The food was too good and hotel staff were very nice and friendly, amenities are also good, there is a game zone also where my kid enjoyed alot.

I had a very good experience during my stay. The property is in a convenient location, rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were excellent. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

I booked the hotel after long search online because I wanted a relaxing weekend for my family we really enjoyed the stay the food was really nice the staff was really helpful that was overall really good experience

everything was well planned and upto date. it was a nice place and a cordial management . ambience and food both very nice.

Room is good . Food was good But we did not get welcome drink , refreshment once in a day as per commitment from make my trip . Fridge was not working when we checked in . Also they did not allow late check out for 2 hours though hotel was empty . They warned if we did not leave room in one hour then they will change is half day teriff . They offer only cookies after I told them about make my trip document . But they refused to give tea or coffee as refreshment .

Overall, our stay was pleasant and we had a good experience. There was only a minor inconvenience during check-in and check-out. While most hotels usually accommodate early check-ins, we were given access exactly at 2 PM. At check-out, we were reminded to leave on time, and the staff member who called came across as slightly unfriendly. But, the restaurant staff were wonderful, and both lunch and breakfast were excellent.

Property's location is easily accessible on old Pune - Mumbai highway. The main road with all kinds of shops are available, is a walking distance. Check-in & Check-out formalities were quick and hassle free. They have one multi cuisine and one south indian restaurants. Food quality is very good and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Room facilities are clean rooms and linen, but need a overhaul. Our room needed to be helped for running hot water throughout. It created a little discomfort. Room service and overall hospitality is good. Didn't use swimming pool or indoor games facility. Overall, I will give 4 out of 5.
