The food was good, the service was also not bad but the rooms and the hallway and the lift stank of cigarette smoke even though was a non smoking facility.

Stay at Hotel Maya Jalandhar was a good experience, it is at very calm place but still reachable in most of prominent locations, room amenities are good and it's value for money hotel.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast (continental) provided was excellent, we really enjoyed it (esp considering most restaurants were found to be veg only). Sometimes the access key card was not working. It would have been nice if they had a pool and a bar facility. Location was ok as we anyway have arranged taxis for our city rides.

The room was spacious and neatly organised, breakfast was excellent, with varieties every day. Only problem was with the room key card, it stopped working multiple instances. Visited this hotel recently and had a subpar experience. Here are a few issues I encountered: 1. Found a (cockroach) in the room, which was quite unsettling. 2. TV DTH hadn't been recharged, so couldn't enjoy any channels. 3. Bathroom furniture had damaged sunmica, which looked worn out. Visited this hotel recently and had a subpar experience.

I stayed at my hotel which is in the centre of city a good place to book a room to spend your quality time at a best place. The staff and service was so good and overall an great experience. Everyone should visit there once to have an great experience in hotel booking.
