Nice hotel near to bus stand . Rooms are near and clean. Food good breakfast also good but service very slow

The room was pretty nice. It was cosy and comfortable. The cooling was also top notch. The main course was nice, but the snacks were just okayish. The staff need to be more professional.

they have charged for breakfast while i have not taken the buffet and ordered breakfasts in the room of rs 245+ tax. i want the difference of breakfast

1. Poor Air-Conditioning: The room’s air-conditioning was ineffective, making the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially given the weather conditions. 2. Unprofessional Staff: The front desk lady other than ms kajal was unprofessional and unhelpful when we reported the issues. 3. Contaminated Water: The water provided appeared contaminated, raising health and hygiene concerns. 4. Room Condition: There was a disturbing sketch or mark on the wall that added to the discomfort and made the environment feel unclean. 5. No Air-Conditioning in Common Areas: The reception and lobby areas were also without air-conditioning, adding to the overall discomfort. This experience has caused significant inconvenience, and I expected better service both from the hotel and MakeMyTrip. I request an immediate explanation and appropriate resolution, including compensation for the discomfort and poor service. I

Rooms were clean and staffs were very supportive. Overall the stay was comfortable.

The room and washroom was really decent , clean and spacious. The staff members were extremely polite.
