Review Of The Lounge Business Hotel

Room was bit cramped. The room shown in image and the room given to me was totally different. In the image it has curtain and window. But the actual room I got didn't have it. AC , TV, washroom was good. But the AC had water leaking problem

I'm at the hotel right now. A friend of mine came to visit since i came from out of station. But the hotel is not allowing at all to meet him. My friend is not staying back, he just came to visit. Hotel is forcing me to sit in lounge saying policy and it's not mentioned. And rooms are not the same as shown in the pictures. Small compared to what they have showed.

The property was clean and elegant. I loved the fact that there was a water bottle, shampoo and soap. The restroom was clean. The people who were in the reception were kind and helpful. I liked the lift model. The overall stay was great

It was not as per expectations. Bed mattress was not good at all. Other basic things were also missing such as there intercom was not working.

Location is very bad, like a slum. There is no facility for food, amenities are poor, and the service is bad. I had a car; there was a receipt. The road in front of the gate is always parked with vehicles. Please remember they have said about parking amenities on the site. Another bad experience was when my two daughters and son-in-law came to see us. When I asked permission to meet them in my room for two hours, they charged us ₹400 for two persons.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. Easily accessible to metro. Hot water available 24 hrs. Friendly staff and good service. The only thing is there is no window in the room, which makes it a little difficult to get sunshine

While booking it was flexible check in but after reaching hotel they did not allowed me to early check in and charged me extra 500rs for early check in. Later on there was no electricity in the hotel whole day and no hot water in the coldest winter season. And the main part is the boy at the reception was most terrible person, who has attitude like an ambani, talks like he owns the hotel.

The place was entirely different as I expected. It was very good experience.The location, amenities & services was very good.

Hotel was nice n clean with affordable price. They have restaurant also. Bus stop is also nearby. So it was convenient us for boarding.
