Owner not received phone call

We recently stayed at this place for 2 nights and first thing we faced was the rooms was nothing like they show in their pictures, basic amenities like electric kettle, towels wasn’t provided and we really needed to talk them through to get them. There is water supply issues and sometimes water is not available. A big warning: never book any vehicle from them as the manager and owner plays a scam there, they provide unprofessional drivers who are not trained to drive in mountain roads plus there is a fraud with money they told us to pay some amount and later argued with us to pay more or the driver won’t show us any of the sightseeing spots. We again had to book a different car for sightseeing. Lastly this hotel is short staffed with incompetent manager and owner. Not at all recommended

Room was not cleaned. Geyser was not working. Blanket was not cleaned.
