Review Of The Igloo Residency

There’s no electricity for two hours in the middle of the night and the guy in reception was very rude and didn’t responded properly very bad experience and one of the worst hotel in have stayed

In igloo residency the rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were not clean and ants were around the room. Cupboards were infested with fungus. Power was going off continuously and no backup was there. We had to use mobile phone for the light. We are not satisfied with the customer service. Will not recommend for families.

Rooms are big enough but hygiene is not maintain in washroom and cockroaches were there. Location was good.

Host was helping and cooperative but these rooms are build above the shops which is road side. Rooms are not noise proof, so was unable to sleep. The balcony which is facing road has glass windows but still you will hear loud sound of horns and vehicle movements. The balcony is common for other adjacent rooms, separated by thin wall and gap, so what other room guests are talking you can hear it which is quite annoying, also the next room guests are having cigarates so full smell is coming to your room. Small bugs (roaches)were moving on the floor. Bathroom taps were leaking.

The location of The property was very beautiful as it was located beside The Pookode Lake. The property was safe and secured. The rooms were tidy, clean and The facilities were good as well. However, The balcony was not decorated with lights. They should have improved The ambiance of The property. The caretaker was a very kind and responsible person. It must be recommended to others.

The property was centrally located. The rooms were clean and relaxing. Property maintenance was also good. The food was decent with reasonable pricing. It was a decent stay overall.

Residency's Manager named Mr. Shinto was showing his rude attitude towards us for not paying the overcharges what he imposed.

Simple words. Book my trip should away from this hotel
