I had a wonderful stay at this place. The owner and care taker were polite and helped with all the queries and additional requests. Room was neat and clean. Nearby to bike rentals and bus station and restaurants. Smooth check in and check out.

Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are polite , well mannered. The manger Mr.Fazil is very polite and customer friendly. It's close to the city. Accessibility to shops, hotel are very close, just less than 1km. Property has parking space. Good place for families. Price are also reasonable.

I had 2 days stay, no hot water facility available, no intercom, towel was dirty, no facility to order food and even no option to order an early morning breakfast / coffee as well.

Room is so small for tow person and water is dirty but they try to do their best but trip not gone as accepted

One of the worst hotels in the waynad area. No parking for cars. They have just 5 cars that are affordable. Parking is difficult and taking it again is a headache. The way to the hotel is a small route. 1 car can come inside the gate. Other cars have to get back. If you are taking a car, then its night mare. People stay away from this hotel. Also rooms are dirty. No person in the reception. Please don't book

Property is at centre of the small city kalpetta but out of city noise. Owner asks about the stay in person. Small garden to relax. Good parking place. Room size is good in the bhk system.

It was great stay in affordable price, the manager fazil was so welcoming he helped planning our trip, arranged auto, got us medicines!
