Average Stay
Stay was average. The rooms and service provided by hotel was not up to the mark. There were many restrictions during the stay. Like there was no food served on the rooms.

Good Stay
The overall experience was quite well, but there are a few areas that could be improved for better hospitality: 1. Blankets, bedsheets, and pillows had an odor and could be fresher. 2. There were issues with the digital door lock, which caused some inconvenience. 3. Bed allotment could be better managed, upper beds should be comparatively given to the younger guests. I hope the staff and management should consider these points to further enhance the guest experience. Thanks.

Not expected this from The Hosteller
We were expecting the service & facility like The Hosteller Bhandardara.

Great Stay
Clean and Hygienic. The in-house cafe has decent options and the food is delicious. Great location and well maintained. Was hoping to have more interactive events but overall it was great.

The hostel and atmosphere was really good. But they very cheap policies. Example for a towel they ask for 100rs. The peoples are little rude who work there.

Excellent Stay
It was a good stay although the stay made little uncomfortable as there were women roomates in dorimitory which was bit not comfortable but still the stay was very good very comfortable bed toilets were so clean loved swimming pool.

Poor Stay
Extremely disappointing stay at Hosteller Lonavala. I stayed in a 6-bed mixed dorm where only 2 beds were initially vacant. Shockingly, the next morning, 5 new guests were allowed into the same dorm around 7 AM, despite the official check-in time being 2 PM. This led to overcrowding, noise, and washroom misuse. Even after raising a complaint, no action was taken, and the staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. This was by far the worst experience, and the way it was handled showed a complete lack of guest care. I am not recommending Hosteller Lonavala to anyone. Please avoid this property.
