The room was clean. The host, Mr. Honey was very friendly and helpful. The property has a convenient location, near to Varca Beach as well as Madgaon railway station. stayed in a studio apartment and had all the amenities and near to food places. best to have a 2 wheeler or self drive car to move around various locations. I forgot my denture and Hanni personally dropped it at the station post check out. recommended place for stay.

It is good home stay with all amenities. Owner was good and gentle. He even guided us to visit the places as well and helped to plan us better. They have a bike rental service also, we took their bike to wander around which are in good condition.

This apartment(part of an apartment building)is spacious, equipped with all listed amenities, well ventilated, high speed wi fi, has balcony. The property is run by an extremely efficient, friendly & responsive management/housekeeping team. Supermarket & pure veg eatery with mediocre food stone’s throw away. We particularly liked the ease of parking & driving down to nearby beaches. Location well serviced by Swiggy/Zomato. My suggestions : Fresh coat of paint & deep cleaning will improve the experience even more :)
