Review Of The heaven naggar

The stay was pathetic. It looks good in pictures but reality is different when we reached at the property no one was there to receive us when we called to the host he said he will send someone for baggage but nobody came. After 15 min he said no one is there at the property we have to do self check in. Somehow we reached upside there was some girl she gave us the key of the room. Now comes the worst part. Room were not clean some decoration from the last guest was still there balloons something. There were no toiletries not even a single towel. And top of that washroom was not attached. Nobody was there to ask even for a water bottle. Room was drastically small. Id k how can someone adjust. We paid money and after 2 hours when we told that girl that we can’t continue our stay here she didn’t even ask why what happened is there any problem she just said ok. No food menu available not a single food or snack available at the property we have to order even a cup of tea from the outside. Being a traveler from the past 10 years this was the worst place i have ever been. Nobody was bothered to ask or host. Our whole money on this stay was wasted.
