location and ambience is good. I didn't use in house catering. I have a concern to share as it made me uncomfortable when receptionist asked to show proof of payment and share screenshot of payment gateway despite paid invoice and confirmed booking slip with no dues was shown. System must be reviewed as it will result in great harassment to family members and dependants on whose behalf parents or other relatives use to book as visiting members are not well versed with online booking etc system.
