Review Of Hotel Snow Mountain Mall Road Manali

Snow Mountain's location is very good. In June, I was able to see the snow peaks, plus the Buddhist Monastery and proximity to the Mall Road are big wins!! My mother (Senior citizen) and I stayed for 2 days as it was prepaid. Our bedsheet and pillows had not been changed. Bathroom had no lock. Extra blanket in the almirah was so dusty and dirty that it seemed like a health hazard. The TV and walls had tape on it. No use. Water provided by the hotel was stale and yellowish in a plastic bottle. We had to buy water. The phone machine in the room had no tone. Had to go down repeatedly for basic requests. If you are a budget traveller with zero to negative expectations, this is the place for you. I felt I had overpaid due to MMT intermediary relation, wish I could get my money back. The staff is helpless, it is the owners who must invest and do something. The staff are overworked, and actually decent mostly.

staff is very helpful... cleaning is better then other. .... best hotel we ordered milk for my baby at 11.00 pm n still the staff give us when we call they always be there for hot milk for my baby 10 months old ... n all are clean towels bed room all are satisfied....for family

Near to mall road. Hotel staff behaviour was good. Property is bit old and has basic infrastructure only. But still i would say it's value for money

The property is very old & rooms are very small, cannot accommodate 3 members. The beadspreads were dirty. The water in the bathroom mixer & in the healthflauset was not having pressure. In places like manali they should provide hot water in bathroom to overcome the cold weather, however even after requesting & waiting for more than 30 mins we were getting warm water. Hence we checked out of this room immediately even after having booked it for 2 days & searched for new hotel

This place is worthless they don’t provide anything no kettle no mineral water on arrival bad bed linen dirty washroom! i booked this place for my family i payed a lot of amount but this place was really very bad please don’t book if you are looking for nice stay they are just making fool of everyone with pictures

It was great! i really enjoyed my time. Comfortable bed, clean room, great view, and excellent service. Worth the stay!
