Terrible Stay
Location is not good at all. Over hyped property as per price. No Ac in rooms. Very average looking hotel. Accessibility is a big challenge.

Dear Swati, Greetings from The Panorama Retreat, Manali! Property is under 2 kms from Mall Road, peaceful and serene. First of all AC is still not a requirement in Mountains. However, if that was your priority; you should have checked the listing before booking. We provide what’s listed and promised. All our guests have always appreciated the well appointed rooms and timeless interiors across the property. Car reaches the property very easily. However one should be aware of driving in mountains. Otherwise taxis are available across the city. Regards Anshuman
Worst management & services - Don’t Book
Worst Service & Staff with arrogant manager who don’t have any etiquette to behave with customers. Located at top of hill where no other restaurant & facilities so charging higher amount as per situation.

Their food is damm good, u didn’t need to go out for a breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Average Stay
Hotel was neat and clean, but with very limited breakfast options and individual can order only 1 option like I ordered Gobi paratha so they refused to provide anything else. the location is also not suitable.

The Panoramic review of The Panorama
The moment the room was unlocked for us, i could only utter ‘WOW’. Such was the experience. The mountain right in the front and the river down below flowing it its full gust just added to the view. The whole evening was spent in our balcony. It was so calm and serene. The breakfast that they served was also cooked and served with love. All in all we had a great stay at The Panorama Retreat. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay
New property, clean rooms and nice food. Balcony view of mountains is worth cherishing. They did accommodate our request for packing our breakfast as we were leaving early!

Book if you want a decent mountain view from your room
Location - remote. Steep walking, though cars and autos do ply up to the top, where the hotel is located. Hotel staff was very courteous. Food was good but overpriced. Do not book cabs from their hotel travel desk- they quote a bomb ! best part was the view of the snow capped mountains from the room balcony. Room was neat, clean and well maintained. Washroom clean.

Amazing property - in terms of view and services both
