Its very bad experience in the tara garh palace. Room was not given the same. I asked him for change the. The given was not same like super delux room. But they says no. u booked your room so we can changed the room because the room cost is very low. Then my husband said u pls cancel the booking but they can't. Already we have so many tourists who stay in their hotel room.

Your booking was made by mistake, December month is peak season and your booking was done at a lower price than offseason but when we were telling you that we are cancelling, you were saying that yes, we want a room. You were behaving rudely, still we provided you a room and that too for the top floor, still you were not satisfied, our property is not 5 star and neither have you paid the rent for your 5 star room and at that time the property was sold out then how could we provide you another room and we have the most premium room on the top floor and your booking was also for super deluxe.

our first time experience was very grateful at taragarh palace hotel food and all over thing was too good and the staff members were also provide good service to us and gave homely attention to each individual and big thanks to Manish sir you can book this hotel without any doubt guys ❤️
