1 room has a bed smell. 2 room is not clear dust in all room corners. 3 bathroom is totally in bed condition besine is leaking and the toilet set is not clear not wish properly. 4 room service not available and no one asking for room is clear or not after room service. 5 bed is not comfortable matress is stinking they not change after room service or after guest left the room. It's stinking. 6 they have just one small fan in front of bed only. 7. Zero ventilation in room

First of all, staff with whom I had an early conversation was good he was very considerate. But then on the day of check in there was a lot of problems. Cleanliness was the major issue for us. They literally have the worst pillow covers and the pillows even they had the audacity to hide the dirty pillow covers by keeping them on the walls side. Electricity/Power cut off -We have almost spent all our vacation in power cut off. They were not ready to on their backup for electricity. No intercom available in the room. I had to go to the ground floor every time for electricity issues. The bathtub was not in so good condition. I paid the two days amount and stayed for only one day. Not recommended.

Worst stay. I read pet friendly hotel before booking but it was not pet friendly at all. Room was not clear. Room was smelly. Caretaker was very egoistic. Will not recommend to anyone.
