it was a good experience, location is on the highway near to the bird sanctuary. kids enjoyed the pool , food was also good.

property is really excellent.Room service is gud.quality of food gud. main problem is conveyance.it is very difficult to find conveyance at that location to move around.

This is not at all suitable to stay for family and couples. It’s famous for weddings and parties. Most of the time functions going on and all campus area, garden, swimming pool will be occupied. Rush of people and loud music always going on. No support from hotelier and MMT representatives in these regards. Power failure are frequent. Water in bathroom area is hard water and not suitable for routine use. Buffet not available in restaurant and only ala-carte orders accepted. Not much choices in breakfast except paratha, puri bhaji etc. staff is not proactive and you have to reach them for all the requirements. Parking space is limited and often occupied by guest of the wedding ceremonies. Overall frustrating experience.

the hotel is located in a good place but the rooms are terrible, The flush of the toilet does not work, the toilet is not clean, the paint is peeling on the ceiling , ceiling & in room crack mark on the wall, lots of dust and dead insects. The extra bed was rusted and the legs were broken. Only the good part was the services of staff.

Stayed there at the grand barso resort in their new wing, and that was really amazing, neat and clean rooms and very spacious rooms with roses and broccoli growing outside the room. I requested the chef to cook me malai brocoli from the freshly picked garden and that experience was amazing. Staff there is amazing and helpful.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was very professional and takes care of the guest very well. We would recommend the property with full stars

Property location was good. Bathrooms were okay and basic. No toilet paper. Food were also okay and basic

The property is good and vast and apt for weddings and functions. As a traveller i would prefer more cleanliness in the room. The rooms are good and well laid out but bathroom lacked maintenance. The curtain was dirty and not changed for ages. The cutleries were cheap and and not well maintained.

It's not a 'heritage' hotel. It's a new construction. The bathroom fittings were not up to the mark. Plus the breakfast spread was meager.

Location is decent - right on the highway- food needs much improvement as do the rooms. Service was quick & respectful
