Review Of Udai Vilas Palace

Room cleanliness specially washrooms need improvement. Staff was not very hospitable. We booked one major meal in our package but food serving and taste was below average.

1. At the reception the hotel official tried to pl play a upon us by asking us to pay for extra bed alleging that it is for extra bed and meal, whereas my booking was inclusive of breakfast and lunch or dinner. The buffet spread during the breakfast. and dinner was nothing great, and the food quality was also not that great. In fact, the non-veg items was stale and stinking. During the buffet dinner, things were getting over and were not refilled in time. The rooms were not clean at all. There was dirt, bed bugs and a very bad smell in the room. The housekeeping service was pathetic and very slow. When we entered the room, the bed linen was stinking The bathroom was not clean and had old stains. Overall, a very bad stay, please don’t get moved by the property pictures and choose some other hotels.

The rooms are average. Washrooms are in poor condition. No warm water was available. The intercom wasn’t in working condition. The food was average.

I booked three deluxe rooms but was allotted one room at 2nd floor and a family (twin room) with common washroom on 3rd floor. The facilities like warmer, tv etc were not working. Evening was wasted getting these repaired. Couldn't enjoy the evening. The food served in buffet dinner was of average quality.

The food in this property is amazing and the staff is also courteous. The property maintenance could have been better but then it is fine

food was not tasty breakfast was late … i booked for garden view deluxe room but they gave us normal room with no garden view .. we paid for view and pleasent stay but it was not satisfying…. staff is cooperative and calm …but others aspects needs to be considered

Hotel is good, room was not clean, room phone wasn’t working.

The most horrible experience ever had pathetic staff even basic services are not there. Intercom, washroom were in non working condition

Everything in the hotel is bad, room quanlity terrible, hospitality terrible, food terrible, i would strongly recommend not to book a stay here.

The hotel is a nice one, location is an advantage as it is 5 minutes drive from the national park. However, the room that was allotted, had no balcony, which i found is disadvantage. Food was good, but overpriced, compared to a small city like bharatpur. Hotel ambience is nice, inside decor is good, and gives one a feeling of a resort.

The stay was quite comfortable and the deluxe room allotted to us on fourth floor (rno: 4012) was comfortable but surprisingly there was no safe in the room and the cupboard had no doors. Even the cabinets and side tables have no storage drawers. The property does not have a bar license. No 16 ampere socket is available in parking area for slow charging of electric vehicle.

Hotel is 4 star but amenities not available. Just like slippers, toothbrush, toothbrush, toilet paper. Food and other services is very good.

It was a good experience but food is very expensive relatively. Staff could be more courteous. For a kid they charge xtra even if you don't take a extra bed.

Hotel is good, cleanliness is good. Hot water in washroom is not provided by the hotel in this chilling winter season.

Property location right on highway, which is great. Food veg and non veg both available, and were tasty. Room heater was available. Staff behaviour great and always greeted with smile. Swimming pool good but as this was winter, we didn't use it. Overall good stay.
