Stay was very disappointed AC was not working properly water leakage from AC and in night there is no one to help you. if you want to eat something in hotel then you will have to pay the more money than any other hotel in Bharatpur food price is very high and expensive.

Room no. 301 wash basin height is so high, even a 15 year old child can't use. Morning breakfast is also not a good specially the idli. Not able to cut with spoon, just prepared from suji without adding any yeast material. Room is so so. Hot water is centrally controlled and you have to drain 4-5 bucket before bath and then only you may get some luke warm water which is not for the bath. The kettle is not cleaned properly. No dental, shaving, sleeper kit etc

familyThe delux rooms of the hotel are vary spacious. The service of both the housekeeping staff as well as in room dining was prompt. The breakfast had a nice indian spread. The rooms and linen was clean. However, the furniture needs renovation and shining. Also, on the first day of the stay it was told that running hot water is not available. However on complaints from guests, it was available on the second day. The swimming pool is functional, but cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall a nice property with good staff, which needs better maintenance.

Standard rooms have no windows and very poor ventilation. Reception staff unkind, insufficient free water (only half a litre bottle per person per day. I had to pay extra for a room with window. Very poor ventilation and fresh air not available in rooms or hallway or anywhere. Tea kit available but materials old enough to give bad taste when you prepare tea. 4 star? are you joking? this hotel doesn't deserve even 2 stars!
