There was no Vala person to take my car to the parking area and security guard asked me to park outside the hotel because inside parking was full and 5 to 6 times. The electricity cut was happened when I was in my room and morning breakfast, breakfast area was too small. There was no variety of breakfast, and there is no person to serve us Just asking to self serve so theover all experience bad.

Travel desk is very bad and charge 900 rs for railway station pick up . which is 7 kms also the travel desk person try to get commission for everything like darshan and all and calls customer many times. Food and kitchen staff is very good and food is tasty . housekeeping staff is very helpful and supportive. location is very good and peaceful.

Had a comfortable stay at Fern Sarnath. The staff was attentive and helpful. we will be back soon and plan to have more memorable stays at the hotel. Manager Ved Prakash ensured that we all, including our kids were well looked after.

It was a pleasant & comfortable stay at fern residency Sarnath it is situated in main road quality of food is just wow rates are very reasonable with really tasty meal in restaurant Mukesh waiter served us as his family member front executive manager was also very good. The ambience of the hotel and behaviour of the staff is just outstanding I would give this hotel 5 star rating

Fern Residency Sarnath - very unprofessionally managed property, to say the least! The worst of all issues - smoking was apparently allowed in rooms and the corridors reeked of smoke.

Double bed - Has 2 single mattress combined
the experience was great but only one drawback which Is they had 2 single mattress combined as on king size bed a little uncomfortable about it
