Banaras Kila (By PM Resort)

Rooms look royal. Well designed rooms and decor. I was creeped out by a guy sitting outside my room on a swing and constantly staring at me up and down. I locked the door and went inside. 15 minutes later , I checked he was still outside. I checked out in half an hour. The room was dusty, bed had hair on it, ceilings had small holes in it. Safety wise not for single female travellers. Manager/ reception person was polite and kind about it atleast

Banaras Kila is an excellent property, well-designed. It is 4-5 km from airport so very convenient. The food in their restaurant make on order so it may take some time but tasty and fresh.

The property is newly built and beautiful. Rooms are clean , services are prompt , staffs are courteous. Food is good and tasty.

The property location is very easy to access, infrastructure, staff and services are impeccable. Very cooperative environment.

It is 30 km away from city . A very lonely place .

Service is very poor and ac is not cool any room this is very cheap hotel bana thik hai lekin ander se poora bakwas hai

we booked for 5 persons, they asked extra money for 5th bed. we struggled for half an hour for drinking water in the middle of night. cockroach was there in the washroom. food is average but costly. infrastructure is good.

The property was good in view of rooms, reception and restaurant architecture. But the service was very late. We struggled for half an hour for a bottle of drinking water. Even after asking repeatedly they provided only 2 bottles of 500ml water for 5 persons, after shouting 2 more bottles in another 5-10 minutes. When I asked for more water they told it will be chargable, then it took another few minutes. They provided dirty used, half filled bodywash small bottles of 10-20 ml capacity. Cockroaches were there in bathroom. Food was costly but average by taste and presentation.

Very unprofessional and miss managed property... threat to family and life ...outsiders allowed drinking and smoking in front of all rooms... outsiders can knock your door at anytime .... no guard .. no security .... book at your risk ....

The food was delicious as per the expectations but my room Ac was not working well. The service was awesome.

Really nice location near airport , staff are also good and helpful. Room are really very good size

Horrible experience. Never stay at this place. Not worth at all. Very bad experience and noisy. Wouldn’t recommend anyone

3 Km from the Airport- Great Location. Grand Interiors, Large Rooms, very accommodating staff, humble & helpful. Always ready to serve their guests. Great quality food. The best place to stay & enjoy with family the grand & beautifully managed resort.

Delay in service. No landline. Decoration is good. Near the airport, the location is good. But need to improve the service.

Poor service, bed sheets were dirty had to ask for changing it. Food was below average and breakfast had very few options. Looks like a marriage hall were hotel business is a side business

The room was not clean, no toiletries. Untidy. Staff totally unprofessional. It was not worth to pay so much for this third class service

Calm experience

The hotel is mainly a banquet hall. All rooms are next to banquet area, and there was a wedding going on one night. With extremely loud music playing till 4am. There was no option but to bear it. We want refund for one night
