Review Of The Divine Hima Hotel | Restaurant & Bar

The place is located right next to norbulingka institute and definitely worth a visit for a meal even if not staying overnight. The hotel and rooms are neat and clean with the owner's touch visible through some bedsheets need to be replaced as they have started pilling making it rough to sleep on.

We had 2 n's at dharamshala but realised that the airport wud b a long way of we stayed at mcleodganj. So we chose a place closer to the airport and on reviewing few hotels divine hima seemed to be a good place. At first had doubts as it was a 7 room property. The approach road and till u enter into the property one is a unsure if it's worth going there. We got a family room and we're very comfy and happy with the overall experience. I just loved to see the lesser himalayas from my bed. Watta a beautiful site. The hotel staff are warma dn accomodation. We got a chance taj chef serving us some good given the pandemic he was with his extended family run hotel. Overall a good experience.

Had a pathetic experience staying at tdh - no value for money. When we gave feedback on small room size, owner mr sanjay got very aggressive and schooled us on writing negative review. He called us budget traveller staying in cheapest room in the property. This place is not worth your money and self respect.

This is a great location with awesome views of the mountains. The hotel is art lover's delight with photographs, books on art and food, artifacts, etc. Spread all over the hotel. There is a beautiful Buddhist center called Norbulingka Institute where you can easily pass half a day just chilling around. NThe Norling House rooms next to the institute could be a better choice for those who seek spirituality. Just a word of caution. This place is around 30 minutes away from McLeod Ganj, where the action is. Buses are available and are much cheaper to visit and come back.

The ambience was exotic, stay was very comfortable. Rooms were large, neat and clean. View from The room was amazing, The snow peaked mountains truly awesome. The hospitality and service was great. Mr Sanjay was very amiable, cooperative and genial, he made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Worth a repeat visit.

Divine hima is a beautiful boutique hotel which leaves you with a peaceful experience. Would highly recommend. The food is absolutely wonderful and the hospitality adds a personal touch. Very courteous staff.

Very nice hospitality on the part of hotel staffs. However, the entrance of the hotel is quite on the downside. The dining area is nice. They even have a bone fire facility and a library. However, the table in the room where we stayed was very small and could hardly be used by only one person for having food. By my opinion the price of the room was very high considering the facilities. However, we had a nice stay in the hotel. Food was nice.

Tastefully done interiors and amazing top terrace view is out of the world experience. The team make you feel well attended all the way all the time. Food is top and array of pickles wow that's unforgettable. Thanks Divine Hima.

Excellent location. Great food. Unique and very Himalayan ambience. It feels like you are not inside a hotel but travelling deep into the mystic mountains.
I never felt I was staying in a hotel. It was more like a very nice and cosy home. The owner Sanjay Kumbkarni gave everything a personal touch. He personally met all the guests. Staff was ever smiling and warm. Food was excellent. Sanjay also has about 50 varieties of his hand made pickles. Meditation room, bone fire corner, space in the terrace for a party or just enjoying the view and sunshine. You name it and you have it. Once is not enough. You don't feel like leaving the place. The entire interiors have been personally and highly imaginatively designed by Sanjay. All the best to him and his team. Divine homa is undoubtedly divine.

The hotel is extremely well run and personally overseen by its owner. The staff is efficient and the hospitality is warm and welcoming. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here.

Had a small balcony with seating air can has heater feature excellent staff and management.

This is an amazing and beautiful boutique hotel from the gorgeous ambiance and deck or to the food and staff, I was so impressed with this place it is across from Norbulingka and tucked away in a quiet private cove with a nearby taxi stand for convenience. A must visit.

It is an awesome property secluded from town. Not a big property but it is well maintained giving all together a luxury feel. The hotel staff and the manager (Mr. Sanjay) being very friendly and polite. Altogether its a value for money property. The only thing which needs to be improved is food preparation. The taste was not good as per Delhi people. Rest everything is excellent.

One if the best hotels (boutique hotel) I have been. Every corner perfectly designed and you remain in arms of Mother nature. Very close to mountains, beautiful view from terrace. Enjoyed the fullest.
