Nice stay. Nice property price of the food is higher in cost

The property location is good.. cleanliness,amenities and other things are just average for the price the charge.. they should have done better… not recommend

I recently stayed at this place about 1.5 km from Kodai Lake and 2 km from the bus stand. The location is super peaceful, with lovely views, and the caretaker is really friendly. Plus, there's a secure gated parking area, which is awesome if you're driving. But, to be honest, there were a few hiccups. The water pressure is pretty weak if you try to use two taps at once, which makes me think they're trying to save water—a good intention, but it shouldn't come at the cost of basic comfort. Also, we had some uninvited guests: caterpillars kept dropping into the rooms, probably because the roof isn't concrete. The caretaker said it was due to the breeze and rain, but that felt like a bit of a brush-off. Security-wise, I noticed some internal doors that seemed easily accessible from the outside, which was a bit unsettling. And even though they advertise laundry services, they charge ₹20 per item, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. We only tried the breakfast once, and it was just okay—not bad, but nothing special. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet spot to just chill indoors, this place might work for you. But the water issues, creepy-crawlies, security concerns, and extra charges were a letdown for me.

The property location is totally awesome. We have booked it for 2 days but wanted to extend it for few more days after seeing the location. The garden area is way too good. The bonefire section is also great and the hospitality is excellent. The caretaker was very pleasant and helpful. The mesmerizing view from yhe villa is 110/100. Everything for us was arranged by caretakers like cab and food beverages. The food is handmade offered by caretakee is too delicious and also you can order fr swiggy or zomato made it easy to stay.

The location and the view both are really nice and the place itself was very good. The helper was also a really nice guy and he made really good food in the morning. I’ll definitely recommend people to come and stay here.

Overall experience is good the home stay is comfortable and peaceful. The take care person lakshmanan also took care of everything we required and the food also good.

The stay was wonderful and it is placed in the heart of the city close to lake. One can take a walk to the lake and can catch up with local food. All tourist places are close by to visit from here. The property is maintained with such good cleanliness. A small garden in the front, a public lounge area and place for bonfire. Few problems as we noticed 1. The caretaker doesn’t stay in the property and the safety is of a concern. (We weren’t provided with the room keys). 2. ⁠No power backup. Incase if there’s a powercut you’re out on your own with only one functional light per room. 3. ⁠Breakfast wasn’t on time. It was delayed till 9:30 am. For travellers who want to leave early for sightseeing, this could become a challenge.

This is a great place to stay with friends & family. Location is very near to the centre of town. We can feel the comfort and stay relax in this house. This house is neat and clean. Well maintained. Lawn, campfire, and in the house they provide lot of amenities. We can take a walk in their wonderful garden with flowers fruits and spices. Caretaker karthick is a friendly & helpful guy. He recieved us very well and treated nice. They offered us complimentary breakfast with variety. On request they offered dinner. Its beyond our expectations. Every dish is so good, thanks for mercy the cook and radha for their service. I would like to visit this place again.

The stay was good and clean. The caretaker is also very attentive and attended to the requests effectively.
