The amenities were fine but there was a blanket missing in the upper floor of the room and also the location is a bit too far from all the main attractions which makes food a bit of an issue.The room we stayed at was called “a Frame” was containing a few cobwebs here and there along with dust...and the room dimensions is not very comfortable for taller customers especially the bathroom was extremely small height wise and even short people have problems using it but other wise it was a good place for a getaway if you can manage bending a lot to prevent your head banging on any surface.

Pathetic. Terrible. I booked Quadruple room for my family. It is very old stinky room with bad smell. So immediately I quit the room and asked for returning the money and they didn't give. Waste of Money due to Make My Trip due to false room photos.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile and was incredibly humble and helpful throughout our stay. They made the check-in process smooth and even guided us on nearby attractions suitable for kids. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing after long days of sightseeing. We truly appreciated the friendly service and calm atmosphere. It’s a great place for families looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay. Highly recommended!

Nothing was as expected based on the price

Hotel name was different not winter woods. When we reach there initially we find it difficult to understand the exact hotel location. But the point of contact person was reachable and he told us the right location but hotel name was not winter woods. We booked for 3 rooms but we got only 2 rooms with extra beds only. When we reach out to concerned person he told us that room that was about to give has damaged cots because one of the previous guests created problem in that room and made cots damaged. We agreed to have only 2 rooms as we dont have any other options. It was at night. He provided extra beds told us to adjust and he told will refund you the amount for the one room booked. Ideally this is not the right behaviour. We trust make my trip to have the bookings confirmed and in the last minute should not tell rooms are not available
