It was disappointing that they didn’t let us check in early and said it was chargeable at 1 pm also but after killing my time around in malls i reached back at 3 pm still my room wasn’t given to me saying repair work is going on ... i asked if i can unpack in there they said no , you have to do it in your room this one is temporary .. as i had work.. i left... when i came back at 10 pm still neither exhaust worked nor electricity supply was there for whole night .. only fan worked .. too bad .. washroom was very dirty ... and old .. haggard state

Sat Sri Akaal Manvinder Jee, Regret your experience with us and ensure that we shall work on your inputs. Though for the clarity of other guests we would like to clarify certain things :- - Early checkin is chargeable @ Rs.250 per hour which you were not willing to pay and hence checkin was denied - Had you informed the power issue our person would have attended then n there but if the fan is working then there is no reason for room not having power - The pics you have posted are of the sofa that is kept in the parking area for disposal . Kindly use true pics next time - The pics of housekeeping activities on the staircase - dont see what the issue was. - As per our records you checked out around 3.30pm & you also paid late checkout charges as well. My only observation :- How can you stay in the room without electricity and not complain also we regret we could not upgrade your room category as we were sold out on that day otherwise we would have been more than keen to do the same. Genuine reviews are always welcomed as our guests are our angels

Room was not expected, no proper dustbins to maintain hygiene & AC was not working properly seems like just a AC demo box is fixed. Kettle had kept but was not cleaned & no plates to eat something in the room.

Kitchen was not functional so that cutlery items after requesting couple of times also they failed to provide were not provided & the kettle that was there in our room was not functional

The room was not cleaned properly before the check in, below the sofas there was so much garbage. The bathroom was leaking from below the wash basin. Staff was friendly but visitors were not allowed even after taking a suite where you have space for 4 people to sit
