staff ka behaviour or humne extra bed ka pay Kiya tha to unhe ready rakhna chahiye tha but nahi rakha bholna pada humhe or reply diya ki acha karwa daite hai wo bhi metress diye niche bichaker or inke staff ko bilkul bhi meners nahi hai ki door bell bajhaker wait kare sidha under aa jate hai I am very disappointed

It was a good experience in a hotel The staff were also good and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

the staff was good and so was the food. The hotel was located at a place from where nainital, mukteshwar was easily accessible.

Very good and friendly staff. Breakfast also very good and coffee will be the best choice. Clean and neat.

The room was nice staff were good just need to add blower in the room otherwise everything is perfect balcony view is best

The buffet was supper delicious. We have pane-er pratha and omelette which were so tasty. Choose only balcony with view as other category has nothing to see at all, also valley view does not have anything to feel wow but they are very spacious you can have dinner and see roads other way. Since this is newly built. They don't have any ac in any category so please consider that. Although very nice stay.
