Terrible decision to book room here. I have booked an ac room for my stay but AC haven’t worked and I have been forced to sleep in a sweeting room. I highly warn everyone not to book rooms here.

Dear Sir, We are very sorry for the issue you have faced with air conditioner at our property, how much ever effort we take to give a better customer experience, sometimes things go out of our hands, like the day you stayed with us, where we had heavy EB fluctuation which led to A/C outdoor switching off and we couldn’t fix it at the night, we apologize for the inconvenience and we will refund 500 rupees to compensate the A/C issue, and we hope we can give you better experience in your next stay with us, and we hope you will consider us in your next visit to dharapuram, despite the inconvenience faced this time.

I booked in thai residency but they gave the room in new thai residency. Nice modern rooms, underground car parking, nice lift. Staff were a bit crude. Very close to the highway. But no restaurant or coffee / tea service. No kettle in the room also. Centralised ac was good. Toilet was near and clean. Hot water was ok but no pressure pump for shower. Good bed and linen. Good enough for transit stay.
