All good. But some cockroaches in the toilet. Also voice is audible and it disturbing the sleep in the midnight

Booked this hotel early morning Bt my wife coming to tha hotel irritating me and my wife also….only 3hours stay

Ac not working properly and basic essentials are not provided.. more over nearby room members having drinks party i try to complain but no one at the front desk until morning

Climbing stairs to reach rooms a concern for handicapped. Room service is good. AC not effective. Overall not satisfied

Location is ok but others are missing. Not to the mark of a standard hotel.

Even though i have stayed one night, the service of the hotel staff is very poor for any requirement. Hygiene condition is very low & people have to avoid in staying such hotel in the current "pandemic" situation.
I have stayed in hotel sakthi located in pollachi road. No safety standard is maintained at the hotel. Rooms are dirty. Ac remote is not working to control the temperature, no waste bin available, stained bed spread & bed sheets, lot of mosquitos (no repellent facility) etc are the main negative points. Hence any traveler to avoid staying such hotel as it will be basin for spread of covid-19
