Terrible Stay

Due to medical emergency i unable to travel as per schedule. There is no cancellation option here and makemytrip not provided change in date also. Just for promotion or business purpose, makemytrip trip having option for change in date, but system not allowed to do. Finally there is no call from ad-en valley on arrival date, whether i am coming or not that is different. Just for checking also they not called me. It's made me to feel very bad on that day, it's simply duel business. Not sure they are having real business with makemytrip or something else. I did may calls to adenvally on date change but no support. Finally there is no humanity i feel over all.
