Review Of Thachoos residency

Very good stay

Location is on main road and can get auto during morning hours. Hotels on the 1st floor and the ground floor has shoos which are empty hence can look odd. But the rooms are very good and their service team is always extremely helpful. We had some issues with hot water and power cuts due to the heavy rains but they resolved it when notified. Any request we had was responded to quickly and ontime.

Comfortable, spacious, clean and hygienic room. Appreciable services. Arrangements were all good and on time.

Thachoos residency is a great place for a short or long stay with great and accommodating staff who's really flexible to welcome their guests preferences. I stayed for 2 nights, and it was a really pleasant stay. They usually serve breakfast at 8 am, but when i requested for a slightly early breakfast due to an early schedule, they warmly accepted my request. The other day i had to leave by 6:30 am, and since they couldn't provide breakfast that early, they went ahead to bring me coffee and biscuits according to my preference. All rooms are equipped with ac, so if you booked a non ac room, you can upgrade it anytime to ac at 500 inr per day. Very neat, clean and hygienic rooms and washrooms with shower gel, shampoo and a dental kit. The only downside which i feel is not having a mini fridge in the room, but this is not a necessity for many, so it's not a big deal i guess. No wheelchair accessibility or lift either. But overall, it was an excellent stay!

THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON FIRST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING. LIFT IS THERE I WAS BOOKED PREMIUM AC ROOM. AS DESCRIPTION ITS A PREMIUM ROOM WITH A BIG SOFA ,MINI FRIDGE COMFY BED , THEY ARE POVIDING ALL THE BLNEEDED THINGS AS BASIC. BIG AND NEAT TOILET. VALUE FOR MONEY 💰 RESTAURANT OR BAR FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Worth the money. The place was really clean, peaceful and all the amenities in the hotel made me feel really good about the hotel. Service was also really good from the hotel staff. Good and safe parking space, all in all a great, worthy place to book while in and around ottapalam.

Very good keeping room neat & clean i have stayed lot another rooms in kerala in metropolitan citys also but in here i have a good experience in stay they management also good i will recommended family stay & solo stay also good there

1. No food facility. You need to order from outside. 2. Room and bathroom layout could have been better with facilities for cloth hanging / drying 3. Tv was not useful as dth subscription were unpaid 4. The staff were helpful

My stay at thachoos was very refreshing. Overall the residence was very clean tidy and they have done a good job in that. They have a very reasonable price for the stay and they serve us with the best they can.

Our stay was very comfortable. Room and bathroom were neat and clean. Hotel location is about 4 kms from ottappalam junction. Service of staffs were very friendly. Night were very quite. Even-though the hotel is located near to a main road there was no disturbance of sounds of vehicle. We stayed in a non-a/c room, but it looked like an a/c room. Ambiance of the room is really attractive. Lighting setup is also super.
