It was a decent stay in it .MUST VISIT

I would like to share my observations regarding my recent stay. The experience was, unfortunately, somewhat disappointing. Specifically, I noticed that the pantry staff did not appear to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and I observed a team member consuming non-vegetarian food within the pantry area. This raised concerns about basic hygiene practices. While I have no objections to individuals consuming non-vegetarian food, I do believe it is essential to ensure proper hand hygiene. Regarding the room itself, I would rate the experience as 3 out of 5. I encountered several flies in both the washroom and the bedroom. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in these areas.

It’s was a good experience with them part of from the rooms available on the ground floor as outside windows from those rooms there is alot cleaning required, rest staff and the food cooked by them is truly appriciable.

Room was not good

rooms were not clean, seemed they have not been used for long time. there were cobwebs & dampness in the room. bed sheet not clean & found a spider too. over all not happy. staff too not courteous

Our stay at Tales & Trails was nothing short of magical. The property offers breathtaking views of the snow-capped Himalayas—every morning felt like waking up in a dream. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to accommodate every little request. Special mention to Kaku, whose service was absolutely exceptional—always with a smile and genuine care. The food was delicious and comforting, perfect for the chilly weather. Tales & Trails truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to visit again!

as per rate stay is very costly, no proper room service, no proper breakfast fast arrangements, rooms are very small.... car parking issues, bathroom is also so-so, water gets accumulated on bathroom floor, no proper drainage arrangement in bathrooms, loos electricity wirings in cottage but it's pet friendly stay....

The property is nicely built.. room was neat and clean. best part of the stay is food.. it was available as per the need. It was reasonable and good. property is safe and near to jogini waterfall. Parking vehicle at the property is difficult as it is a bit uphill from the main road.

hygiene issue is there and road is worst to reach. Intercom not working bathroom doors were not working

I found this property over mm t and couldn’t believe that it will be most finest stay here and they treat us like their family. Their caretaking and behaviour was highly appreciated. I would recommend you to come here and enjoy your holidays with its beautiful interior and exterior and good people.

stay was so buetifull and the veiw from property was like you are at your dream point and the staf was so exclent and so kind to us 💯🖤

This was the best experience the driver is so familiar and have good skills i just felt like i am travel-ling with my known person

Very good location and view of manali. Rooms are good and spacious. Hospitality of the cottage staff and owner was very good as well. Overall the stay was very peaceful.

This is a very beautiful property located in Manali and very close to the snow point.. The only concern is you have to trek to the cottage which is challenging and you might get hurt or fall down during trekking. The food and the rooms are very awesome.. Our care taker Pushpender and Sahil has really made our experience worth staying they had made all the necessary arrangements as I had elders with me . Over all please stay at this property for mind blowing view and food but if you have elders with you go for some different cottage or hotel located at plains .

Stay was good. Location and the view were amazing. Tastes of foods are very homely and tasty. Serivce can be fast.

The team was supportive, we reached midnight and they helped us for smooth check in and prepared dinner for us. Also they helped us for local cab arrangements.

The place was nice and the cottage staff was also very good. Nice view of the mountain and manali we have a great time

The services were good, the view was also good, i enjoyed it, the food was of good quality and had great taste
