The bed was not made when we left the key for cleaning purpose. We had breakfast for only 1 day of our 3 day stay and the breakfast was served at 9am (only Aloo parantha, bread, butter, jam, curd, cut bananas and tea), said they had a late night party and the chef was unavailable. The food is good - but carelessness of the staff - stay was ruined. If the management does not get involved, a good hotel could get ruined. The location is near to Captain Subhas Gupta metro station, take the metro for the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort.

They told us hotel is with complications of electricity fault and shifted to there another cheaper property with no amenities and no compensation. The shifted property is hotel taj shree and also with faulty bathroom flush with no hygeine maintain is room also. Also complaint to property and mm t but no instant and proper solution we get. I will suggest not to book any property with mm t thus they always fails

Great stay at the hotel. Quick and attentive staff. Helped us to get medicine for fever. Provided good service.

Stay at hotel is good, rooms are good for now as they are newly made. Food inside hotel is very expensive and staff service is ok, sometime they will listen sometimes they don’t.
