We reached the property at around 8 pm (25/07/25) & found many guests through different sites were denied accommodation against there booking, the same answer was given to us also, I mentioned that there's a booking confirmation from MMT, in reply they said that all the bookings has been cancelled & we should speak to MMT for anything we want, lot of exchange of words happened in between & suddenly they started saying " one non AC room is available, if we want we can check in" -- we denied as our booking was for AC room; surprisingly within few minutes later they said "one AC room is available" -- we agreed & checked in , however & whatever was the status of the room. These all unwanted things took more than half an hour.
I shall definitely say that only you are responsible for all those things what actually happened there.If you go on registering/certifying unchecked properties where the service is so poor & unprofessional naturally we the customers who has faith on you slowly diminish with time.
I expect your action & suggestion ( in such situations in future) regarding the matter.
